Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing Sound Billing/MyFleetCenter's website (MyFleetCenter.com) and any of its pages, you, the Client and the Fleet Customer agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.
The information and material herein and in the arrangement of the information and material is owned by Sound Billing or its affiliates unless otherwise indicated.
These Terms & Conditions are applicable to Clients of Sound Billing that have executed a Fleet Billing Service Agreement with Sound Billing, which agreement includes a definition of ‘Client’. These Terms & Conditions are to be considered part of the Fleet Billing Service Agreement. If Client’s representative disagrees with any part of these Terms & Condition then the Client may not access the website.
These Terms & Conditions are also applicable to the Fleet Customers, as defined in the several Fleet Biling Service Agreements existing between the Client and Sound Billing. In the event the Fleet Customer disagrees with any part of these Terms & Conditions then the Fleet Customer may not access the website.
Any individual, Client of Sound Billing or Fleet Customers of a Client, which accesses and uses the website shall be identified as a User.
The information and materials contained in these pages, and the terms, conditions, and descriptions that appear, are subject to change. Not all products and services are available in all geographic areas.
The information and materials contained in this site, including text, graphics, links or other items, are provided “as is” and “as available.” Sound Billing does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information and materials and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in this information and materials. The service center Client where the vehicle of a Fleet Customer was serviced is the owner of the information collected from, or regarding, a Fleet Customer. Sound Billing will only have access to information that is voluntarily provided at the time the vehicle was serviced for the purposes of preparing an invoice to a Fleet Customer’s account or via direct contact from the Fleet Customer of a Client. Sound Billing will use the information to respond to any, and all inquiries received on any account. Sound Billing will not share/sell the information to a third party outside of Sound Billing’s organization or SBF Financial, LLC, other than as necessary to respond to an inquiry received on an account. Unless Sound Billing is asked not to, Sound Billing may contact a Fleet Customer or Client via email in the future to inform a Fleet Customer or Client on specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy including SBF Financial communications.
A User may opt out of any future contacts from Sound Billing at any time. A User can do the following at any time by contacting Sound Billing via the email address or phone number given on Sound Billing’s website:
Sound Billing takes precautions to protect information it receives. When sensitive information is submitted to Sound Billing via the website, the information is protected both online and offline. Wherever Sound Billing collects sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to Sound Billing in a secure way. A User may verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of the Client’s web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. While Sound Billing uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, it also protect the User’s information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which Sound Billing stores personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. If a User feels that Sound Billing is not abiding by this privacy policy, the Client should contact Sound Billing immediately via telephone at 1.888.999.9497 or via email at admin@myfleetcenter.com.
This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that Sound Billing is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. As mentioned above, these Terms and Conditions apply to Fleet Billing Services Agreements or SBF Financial Factoring Agreements executed with Sound Billing, LLC dba MyFleetCenter (collectively referred to as Sound Billing), or SBF Financial, LLC and certain service providers (referred to as Clients). Pursuant to the terms of the Fleet Billing Services Agreement Sound Billing agrees to provide billing services to the Fleet Customers of its Clients. These Terms and Conditions will be maintained on the portal of the website of Sound Billing and shall be incorporated by reference into the Fleet Billing Services Agreement between Sound Billing and its Client.
Each Client hereby appoints Sound Billing as its limited agent for the sole purpose of collecting and processing on the Client's behalf payments made by Fleet Customers for the Client's goods and services in connection with the Fleet Billing Services Agreements. Sound Billing hereby accepts such appointment. Each Client specifically acknowledges and agrees that any payment made by a Fleet Customer to Sound Billing for the Client's goods or services shall be treated as having been received by the Client upon receipt by Sound Billing such that the Fleet Customer's payment obligation to the Client will be extinguished and there is no risk of loss to the customer even if Sound Billing fails to remit the funds to the Client. In the event that Sound Billing does not, or is unable to remit the collected funds to the Client for any reason, the Client agrees that it will have no recourse or claim to seek payment from the Fleet Customer. Further, when appropriate and necessary, each Client will acknowledge or represent to, or otherwise notify, its customers that Sound Billing is acting as the Client's limited agent solely to collect and process payments on the Client's behalf.

In no event will Sound Billing or SBF Financial be liable for any damages, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, or line or system failure, even if Sound Billing or its representatives are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.
Sound Billing maintains on the MyFleetCenter portal information for all its Clients regarding distributions made to, or on behalf of, Clients of Sound Billing resulting from the services provided by Sound Billing under the Fleet Billing Services Agreement. Please be aware that some or all income paid to the Client may be subject to federal, state and local taxes.
In addition to the fees assessed and described in the Fleet Billing Services Agreement for which the Client is responsible, Sound Billing may assess the following fees to the Client or Fleet Customer:
In the event that the Fleet Customer’s payment of an invoice issued by Sound Billing, on behalf of the Client, is received late Sound Billing may charge a late fee not to exceed five percent (5%) of the invoice or $50.00, whichever is greater, to the Fleet Customer’s subsequent billings.
In the event that the Fleet Customer issues a payment, which payment is returned as having insufficient funds, Sound Billing may assess an additional $30.00 fee on subsequent billings to Fleet Customer.
In the event that a Client of Sound Billing allows a Fleet Customer to use credit cards on invoices issued by Sound Billing, on behalf of the Client, Sound Billing will charge an additional three percent (3%) to the Client before remittance to the Client of funds received from the Fleet Customer.
